Better thinking. Stronger Writing.
I’m a political theorist, educator, and mentor with experience spanning higher education, academic leadership, humanities and social science research, and interdisciplinary teaching.
My work focuses on helping students become stronger thinkers, writers, and researchers through close mentorship and intellectually serious collaboration. Whether students are developing college essays, shaping thesis arguments, or building personalized AI study partners, I emphasize intellectual independence, curiosity, and sustained engagement with complex ideas.
A Life of teaching, research and mentorship
I hold a PhD in Political Theory from Cornell University and have spent my career teaching, mentoring, and designing educational programs across a wide range of settings—from middle school classrooms to college seminars, interdisciplinary humanities and social science research, and prison education initiatives.
My background includes academic leadership, curriculum design, social science thesis mentorship, and co-founding a boutique educational technology firm focused on thoughtful, inquiry-driven learning. I currently direct a social sciences thesis program and work closely with students on independent research, analytical writing, qualitative methods, and long-form argument development.
Across all of this work, my focus remains the same: helping students become more intellectually confident, curious, and independent thinkers.
